Worse place I have been idk if Jenna is new or what or she’s just not use to deal w thick hair but I told her to cut my hair a specific inch she chopped my hair off completely I went to have a long hair to really short hair shorter than my shoulder my appointment was at 3 she was running late so they told me to get there at 4:30 she still wasn’t ready for me she didn’t even apologize every time I tried to talked to her she acted like she didn’t understand me at all she didn’t straight my hair right either she didn’t even apo... read more
