went into labor at 23 weeks with my girls the nurses did not give me no medicine to stop it they let me lay in labor for 5 hours no medicine or nothing, now yall listen doctor thomas he’s a OBGYN is an amazing doctor but he wasn’t there in them 5 hours so them nurses was gonna discharge me while im labor but when doctor thomas came in he tried everything possible but after 4-5 days in Lexington hospital my babies died because of hazard, let me lay there in labor without nothing. i don’t recommend this hospital under no circu... read more

There is something wrong with the phone system. Heaven forbid you want to check on a loved one. Most phone options will disconnect you. If you are extremely lucky, you will reach the operator by dialing "1" and then "0, but 95% of the time you won't get through. This is extremely concerning to me.

My experience with the nurses they were rude and very unprofessional and not just once time the last three times were not pleasant experiences.

My fiances father was in the hospital here. Don't ever try to call and get any kind of update because you probably won't. We've literally tried to call every extension option available because the line to the operator to try to reach the nurses station, just rings and rings and NOONE ANSWERS. We've called over 20 times now and nothing. When we do get through to another department, which has only happened twice, they say they can't transfer us... Very disorganized and ridiculous if you ask me.

Cardiac pt with an extensive cardiac hx, with a blockage in the LAD and continuous bouts of cp. waiting for stent replacement. Went to the Hazard ARH ER with chest pain. waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby for a "bed". EKG and labs done in triage. 4 baby asa given while we sat in the waiting room. Portable cxr done while waiting. 2 hours later cardiac enzymes repeated. All this time other pts were taken in to the emergency dept. And yes I do under the concept of fast track.
