I do not even give the 1 star.. only had to do that in order to leave this review. Went in for my heart condition coupled with chest pain that has been ongoing for weeks. Explained everything and of course every test was ran under the sun so they could bank from my insurance and drew my blood twice even though I had an IV in one arm they could have got the blood from. On 3/15/25, Sam Noble went to the Emergency Department. He was admitted but never taken to a room. He was released today at 2:00 pm. Sam is 78 years old and a Vet. He was just diagnosed with lung cancer. He was treated rudely and he had to ask for his meals and something to drink. Terrible 😡🤬

This is.Carls wife Susie our experience here has been terrible Carl has been in ICU for 2 months we’re waiting on a bed at UK because he needs a.brain biopsy for possible brain cancer and time is not on our side but seems like Uk is in no hurry talk to the administrator here she wasn’t even aware that they couldn’t do brain biopsies here very good and the wait continues

I seriously don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down! My dad went in got hurt badly so it called for surgery; no nurses done their vital checks, no one checked on my father to see if he needed water or to use the restroom, pain management was a joke so my fathers blood pressure would spike which is dangerous for someone in their 60’s. If it wasn’t for my mother staying with my dad and doing what nurses needed to do he would have just suffered! Please just make a trip to London or Pikeville if possible!!
