They RUINED my TRANSMISSION! Took my car in for an oil change. They not only drained my transmission fluid by mistake (on a sealed transmission) they also stripped the bolt which caused me to be forced into buying a replacement transmission. This was a Subaru Outback and the transmission is not serviceable.
Absolutely wonderful job today. Explained what I needed and why. also saved me $150 compared to the prices I was getting at home in Knoxville. earned my business for life as far as tires goes. WELL worth.the drive.
