RecommendedBrisket was cooked to perfection and I am grateful that there isn’t bbq sauce automatically put on it as I am diabetic and don’t eat sugar anymore. I eat a Ketogenic diet and was able to do it easily and not have my blood sugar spike. Highly recommend this smokehouse. Kim our waitress was awesome as well. 😎
