We toured two three-bedroom apartments yesterday at Haywood Reserve and we’re immediately impressed with the quality and features of the apartments. The community is centrally located to shopping, downtown, and our employment, and is in a great school district. The community looked clean and well-kept and the leasing staff was great. Living at Haywood has seriously been such a phenomenal experience - the apartments are gorgeous, the people that live here have become some of my closest friends, the maintenance team is responsive + capable, the grounds are taken care of, and the staff is courteous + knowledgeable. Great place to live, and great staff
I've loved my time at Haywood Reserve Apartments! The staff could not be nicer, maintenance is super responsive (all my requests have been addressed within 24 hours), it's a friendly community, they host great events, and it's very clean.
This place is awesome! Very good maintained. Awesome Maintenance team. Management just changed let’s see how they are 😊 The Event team.... the best ever!!! Thank you Bri & Kyle for all your effort and awesome ideas!
Have really enjoyed my first two months in Greenville and in Haywood Reserve. From the friendly folks in the office to the awesome guys in maintenance everyone has been so helpful and friendly. The apartments are lovely and I am really enjoying my huge kitchen as I live to cook.
