The wifi must have dropped or their phone died while live streaming and they lost a portion of my mothers service. Instead of telling us we have been calling back and forth since Nov. we cannot purchase her home going celebration as it is broken into 2 videos. I left several messages and keep getting the run around, to only notice my mom was the only service, that failed to be recorded in its entirety. Very serene, calming and peaceful atmosphere to reflect and appreciate the purpose and gratefulness of life. The staff were professional with compassion. I'd only make a recommendation to update the music. This location is convenient and a jewel of the community.
