I strongly recommend working with Haywood Construction and Renovations. Tony King and his crew built a beautiful small house for me in Haywood County. They were always responsive to my concerns and were always asking for my input as the project progressed. The work was excellent. The house was built within the estimated time frame and reasonably priced. We have continued to work with this company on new projects after the house was built and will always turn to them first. Tony and his crew did very nice work replacing a structural beam in a 220+ year old historic house where our Museum is located. They were careful to be respectful of the historic aspects of the structure, and they made sure that the old flooring above the beam was put back in place and was safe for Museum visitors to walk on. The Haywood County Building Inspector reviewed the installation of the beam and said, "This looks very good-- it should last you another 200 years!"
