The doctor herself is a gem. She is kind and understanding, well spoken, considerate and thorough. She explains your care well, considers your feelings, and address your concerns. Her office staff on the other hand are absolutely deplorable! Referrals and test results take an unreasonable amount of time, call backs never happen (I've yet to receive one), and you can expect to be on hold for awhile. Same day appointments do not exist.
