Experienced racial discrimination by owner of this company.... I was told several times about a vehicle over the phone, the down payment amounts, the monthly payment amounts, and all requirements and proof of residency and income prior to my arriving to dealership.... once i arrived and the owner discovered that I was a black man wanting this type of vehicle it was all of a sudden a "bank finance only " vehicle.... which wouldn't have been a problem, but once discovering/noticing the tone, and facial expression of the owner ... read more
