Excellent service. First time we used Hayward. They came and cleaned our two heat pumps. Repaired drain issues on one that day. Had to order parts for the second one. That was Wednesday. Parts are in now and this is Friday. Serviceman was excellent. Very pleasant, explained everything to me. Made sure everything was working before he left.
Sofiane was on time and courteous and polite throughout the service call. He found and fixed the issue quickly and showed me so I could see it for myself. He went above and beyond by melting the ice build up even though that wasn't part of the problem. The office staff were efficient and polite too, with text and email confirmations of everything. There was a small discrepancy with my invoice but they honored the price I was given without issue. I couldn't be happier with everything and would recommend Hayward to anyone.
This felt like a really big job to me and I was very nervous about all the work being done. Every person on that job felt like they knew what they were doing and this reassured me greatly. They were very professional and the job they did was a great success. I find it quiet and really nice even temperature. It does work quite differently from my oil furnace and there was a bit of a learning curve but they took the time and effort to make sure I was happy. Thank you so very much!

We are so happy with Hayward, they gave us a timely quote that was lower than the other quotes we received, they were very knowledgeable and had our new unit installed quickly. The customer service was great from the person who gave us a quote, the woman who booked our appointments and from the guys who installed our new unit. I highly recommend Hayward HHS for all HVAC needs, we will definitely use them again in the future!
