Excellent service. First time we used Hayward. They came and cleaned our two heat pumps. Repaired drain issues on one that day. Had to order parts for the second one. That was Wednesday. Parts are in now and this is Friday. Serviceman was excellent. Very pleasant, explained everything to me. Made sure everything was working before he left.
My first experience dealing with Haywards Healthy Home Solutions was great. It started with the friendly person that I dealt with setting up my appointment. When Mark came for the appointment he was very thorough completing the repair. I would recommend Haywards Healthy Home Solutions for your mini split needs.
We are so happy with Hayward, they gave us a timely quote that was lower than the other quotes we received, they were very knowledgeable and had our new unit installed quickly. The customer service was great from the person who gave us a quote, the woman who booked our appointments and from the guys who installed our new unit. I highly recommend Hayward HHS for all HVAC needs, we will definitely use them again in the future!
We have been a client of Hayward Healthy Solutions for one year now. Their service has been excellent! We have two heat pumps and although they didn't install the first one their service and repairs have been very professional. Hayward's has just installed a new heat pump in our garage and we are very pleased with it's performance and are also impressed with the technicians that did the install.
