Joel and Brett installed our mini split just in time for the cold weather. They were very polite and could take a teasing. I enjoyed their visit! I love my Haier mini split.
We had Hayward’s replace two heat pumps, and my experience was overall very pleasant. From the estimator to the office staff and the installation crew, everyone was courteous and professional. We had Hayward Healthy Home Solutions in to clean and repair a Minisplit that had not been installed by them. The Customer Care & Service we were provided made the desion of who to install another minisplit easy. Within short order we rang them to set up an appointment to discuss our needs. Great Serice from the initial call through installation. Looking forward to continuing servicing with Haywards. Great work guys. Cleanup was terrific.
