Had a pool put in in June 2023 using OmniLogic. It wanted a firmware update but the USB port is hidden, required numerous calls to get help. The customer service team can't transfer to you to the techs. For a billion-dollar tech company, this is unacceptable. Furthermore, all of the tech help is on other company's pages. Their "help" is non-mobile optimized PDFs. Last time I checked, no one takes their laptop or papers outside anymore. If your pool installer wants to use this product, ask them to get something else.
