Worst pool products and worse company across the board. I have been a pool builder for 20 years and I hate this company. The products are the worst requiring specialized adapters for everything, there products are clearly designed to fail. Their tech support is all AI and I am convinced that if it does try "to create a ticket" for a call back by human it intentionally gets your phone number or email wrong to avoid anyone actually reaching back out. Extremely poor customer service. Attempted to initiate a warranty claim and was given the run around for over 2 weeks. You can NEVER get a human on the phone and have to rely on an AI bot to respond. I will go out of my way to find an alternative manufacturer of pool equipment.
My pool is less than two years old. I have had nothing but problems with my saltwater cell and generator. Support is AI generated which took forever to get through only for me now having to wait for someone to call me back. They need to do better
You submit a case and no one responds. Absolutely terrible customer service. All of their contact numbers go in a loop. Ever again will I do business with Hayward
