My pool is less than two years old. I have had nothing but problems with my saltwater cell and generator. Support is AI generated which took forever to get through only for me now having to wait for someone to call me back. They need to do better
You submit a case and no one responds. Absolutely terrible customer service. All of their contact numbers go in a loop. Ever again will I do business with Hayward
Hayward does NOT stand behind their faulty products! A Certified Hayward Dealer sold & installed our brand-new TriStar VS 900 Omni pump, C4030 filter, HDF275 heater & TurboCell S3 chlorine generator. All of which leaked before the dealer/installer even left our place. Dealer claims Warranty is a customer’s responsibility. Why doesn't Hayward or its retail partners take any accountability for faulty products? I purchased Hayward W3900 Wanda in July 2024. After many hours attempting to troubleshoot, utilizing a variety of support resources, the product is inoperable. I attempted to return the product to Amazon, but was told support/returns had to be processed through the Seller "BackyardPoolSuperstore".
