My first time at this clinic and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a walk in. My nurse Alex, did an amazing job helping with my diagnosis. I have never felt so cared for at a clinic, and on top of that it was a very comforting environment, I will definitely be going back!
Great walk in clinic. Check in was easy and was seen quickly! The front desk girls, the nurse, and doctor were all very kind.
I was seen by Toni Younger for an infected tooth. She was very personable and treated me like a human being not a drug seeker (which has been my experience with hays med). I was prescribed antibiotics and she took the time to discuss my options for dental treatment in hays. She took her time with me and I appreciate that.
I took my daughter on a Sunday after she spent two days terribly sick. She was diagnosed with influenza. We were told we were basically out of the 48 hour window of any treatment. She got progressively worse since we started care there we decided to go back on two days later. Again, we were told there was nothing they could do it was viral and her ear infection would heal on its own. I realize viral infections can’t be treated but my daughters health was declining, she wasn’t getting off the couch, wasn’t sleeping at night, ... read more
