We bought a new 2019 Trails West living quarters trailer at Hays in Mesa Az. We had problems with two bent axels. Instead of helping us with the problem they had the repair place deal with Trails West. My husband went over to Hays to try to get them to help and he was told to leave and never come back. I don't recommend buying from Hays.

Junior went above and beyond for us, Mary and Angela were very nice and helpful, and Scott showed us everything we needed to know to enjoy our trailer. Great Dealership with amazing people! I picked up my trailer today, and was in and out in 10 min. If you are looking for a trailer this is the place, don't buy one of those cheap built trailers, get a good one for a good price. Stop by and see Jackye!
