Requested a 5 in 1 castle bounce house on Monday and was told it would be ready for us to pick up today on Friday. Called to confirm this morning and was told all they have is the girls pink castle (which was okay b/c it's for my daughters bday). Nice people but NEVER rent a portable potty from them. Not worth the price if you want it serviced when they say they will. Disappointed that they are just full of excuses.
