I had a heart attack while driving across the country and I’m glad it happened in Hays. All the services you’d find in a big city. That means for me that I got state of the art care from ER, ICU and cardiac cath lab. I’ve worked as a middle clinical manager in hospitals my whole career, so I know what good care is all about. Dr. Muslim knew that someone who is like a father to me had an enlarged gallbladder back in February and did not send him for a consult with surgery, so here we are in July, and he went to Hays Med ER since he was in such extreme pain, and he got horrible treatment advice (don’t eat and it will help the pain) then was sent home with meds HE HAD TO EAT WITH, and then proceeded to go back to the ER thankfully getting admitted this time, but given no real physician care… he was then transferred to Wesley in Wichita and got the ... read more
Unfortunately, I had to witness and deal with Manoj outside of this business and he was incredibly rude, acted entitled, and was downright disrespectful to all staff.
