I have been to this hospital a lot over the past 1.5 years for 3 different family members. From broken bones, hip surgery, to a heart attack. I can’t say enough great things about all the staff we have encountered each time. The knowledge of ALL medical professionals and their genuine care is so appreciated. Excellent followup after the appointment..
They are completely dysfunctional at the walk in clinic and at the main hospital. They can be extremely nice, but they don't understand any of the procedures or know exactly what you will be billed. So you have no clue how much you're gonna have to pay for a test, even if you have medicare or one of the big medical insurance companies you are responsible for any charges that your medical insurance doesn't pay for and they have no clue what it would cost beforehand. If I could leave a zero I would! The whole hospital is a scam! I went there originally for my shoulder and went to physical therapy plus radiology. I understand medical is expensive but not $500 extra on my bill THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! I calculated everything and it said I paid over $500 dollars already! AND NOW THERE CHARGING ME MORE! SAVE YOUR RECEIPT! THIS HOPSITAL IS A SCAM!
