I dealt with Hays and Hartzell Realty back in 1976. I had placed my farm up for sale under great duress. My little ten acre farm was outside of Slippery Rock, Pa. I have forgotten who the realtor was, but it was either Mr Hays or Mr. Hartzell. Hays or Hatrzell brought me an offer. It was said that since he had brought a qualified buyer, I was "expected" to follow through and accept. This led me to believe that I had to accept the offer and sell, which I did.
