I used to love this place before it came junder new ownership (Emerald Coffee Company). Looks like they've dropped many of the cool unique offerings the Hideout offered, including their delicious smoothies. Also, they're not honoring points earned under the previous owners. New staff were nice but I doubt I'll be back due to these changes.
This is only getting a 4 star because they really need to hire more help. They now have an actual drive thru but not enough help to have anyone work it. I went in on a Saturday and had to go inside because only 1 person was working. When I go inside I’m greeting by this hard working young lady working her behind off and doing it with a smile.
