I’ve had the best experience every time I visit HayPost thanks to Ashken. He is always so caring, helpful, and patient whenever I come in to send a package to Armenia. Because of his good attitude and the way he always helps me, I actually drive farther just to go to the Van Nuys location. He makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. HayPost is lucky to have someone like him!

Clearly the hours are posted as closing at 7pm. Yet when I simply tried to mail a letter I was refused and told they were only helping Armenians! Absolutely unacceptable!

Great customer service. I’m so glad this was my first time sending package to Armenia and HayPostUSA are very helpful. The moment I park my car They even took my package out of my car and before that I was really worried how I’m gonna carry it Arman and was really helpful in every way, definitely I would recommend to everyone who wanna send package overseas!
