Shoutout to Tigran and Gayane-such young pros! I had a fantastic experience shipping medical walker and a few boxes September 13, 2025 The staff was incredibly kind and professional. They took their time no rush at all, made me feel totally at ease. So kind and patient. Packed my boxes perfectly. Tigran even took the time to carefully pack it so securely you never guess it wasn't in its original box. Super friendly, made everything easy. thank you, Gayane and Tigran. Highly recommend!
I’ve had the best experience every time I visit HayPost thanks to Ashken. He is always so caring, helpful, and patient whenever I come in to send a package to Armenia. Because of his good attitude and the way he always helps me, I actually drive farther just to go to the Van Nuys location. He makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. HayPost is lucky to have someone like him!
Clearly the hours are posted as closing at 7pm. Yet when I simply tried to mail a letter I was refused and told they were only helping Armenians! Absolutely unacceptable!
