I had such a great experience at Hay Post! The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was done correctly. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Clearly the hours are posted as closing at 7pm. Yet when I simply tried to mail a letter I was refused and told they were only helping Armenians! Absolutely unacceptable!
