My interaction with Mr.Noyer (not sure about right spelling) was disgusting indeed… I was running late, and called them before I arrived on the scene. Everyone who knows the level of congestion in that area understands that parking over there is not easy. I spent additional 7-8 minutes to reserve a spot on the 3-rd floor of Public Parking, came thundering down the stairs and shouldered my way, galloping down to street to SHOW UP there at 7:01! I have used this service just a couple of weeks ago, on May 5th,sent two boxes from Los Angeles to Yerevan. The boxes were received in Yerevan within 10 days. There were a fragile products, were packed nicely by them and delivered safely. Quick and easy process, professional and short, but very nice communication. Definitely will use their services and recommend them. Thank you

This company is an absolute disgrace! I’m honestly shocked at how carelessly they treat their customers. It feels like you’re not coming for a service, but begging them for a favor. The staff is completely unprofessional — rude, aggressive, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. There’s not a hint of courtesy or willingness to help. And the way they speak to clients? I use their service often to ship packages to Yerevan. I ship packages to their office because I live in another part of the country. Their service has improved over the last year. I ship packages to their office because I live in another part of the country. They now call me promptly when packages are received there to get the details of the shipment.
