I was heartbroken when I picked up my silver turquoise bracelet. The stones were damaged, some were were painted over. I will not be able to wear it again. Take photos of your treasures before you leave them with this jeweler.
This is an excellent jeweler and Rolex repair facility with knowledgeable, professional ownership. I had my Rolex wristwatch serviced here six or seven years ago and it continues to keep perfect time. I stopped in today as I had broken the clasp in a fall. The clasp was repaired at no charge. Very helpful, very pleasant to deal with. You'll enjoy doing business here.
I had the same experience as Taylor Nicholas. I called on the phone to ask if they had a particular watch in stock and what time they'd be open until. The owner confirmed they'd be open and I drove home early from Tampa to visit. When I arrived the owner refused to open his front gate and stated he was now closed. It was an extremely awkward encounter between business owner and customer I won't soon forget.
