Judging by the driving of the man in one of the moving vans at 658 AM this morning going down Fairfield, swerving into,traffic to get in the lane headed up the interstate, tailgating, cutting off another person as he swerved out of the onramp lane and just about lost control and had to snatch the van out of the median....no. I will never use or recommend this company. Noones safety was thought about with this reckless driving, not to mention anyone's valuables the company is/was transporting.

After weeks of Haynes Moving & Storage lying and fabricating stories to us about pieces of furniture they damaged/broke and tried to deliver, we finally got answers after taking the time to drive to their office and speak to Keith in person as he is quite the big shot and unacceptably rude over the phone. Red in the face and shaking with deer in head light eyes, he admitted fault but that does not suffice! It is so very disappointing that Keith or anyone would conduct business in this manor. This moving company has been around for awhile and they've never disappointed me. I've never had any complaints for the multiple moves I've made. Keith Haynes has that place running perfectly and the amazing salesman Jason Borcz could sell me a pen. These two guys and they're crew Are amazing! Thank you!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The movers and pre-inspector were ok & friendly, but "Cookie" (their manager?) Had ZERO sense of customer service, nor did she do a good job managing her personnel, which led to completely different movers every day & us having to re-explain what was what & where it all was supposed to go twice a day. I've been in the real estate business locally for more than 15 years, and vendors ask us to send them business all the time. Haynes Van and Storage is a company that comes through time and time again for my clients. Most movers have terrible customer reviews from our experience. All of the clients I have referred to Jason Borcz Sr. and Haynes have raved about their customer service and have said they would definitely use them again, and tell their friends to do the same.
