Clean up kept community, maintenance responds quickly, safe area, great school district, plenty of parking throughout the property. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment home to check out Haynes Run in Medford as it also has stores close by and its quiet community is peaceful. 5/5
This is such a wonderful apartment complex! The Management staff are always kind, understanding and they're very attentive. The Maintenance staff finish work orders very quickly and they clean up behind there work. 😁

I live at Haynes Run and it has been a very good experience for me and my now deceased pet. She loved her daily walks as there are long grass walks and a dedicated dog park and dog waste containers along the grassy walks. The staff has honestly been very kind to me by even checking in on me when she passed in October. They are always on top of maintenance requests, no matter how trivial.
