We have a second home in AVL and our 15 ye old kitchen faucet was on its last leg. Called Haynes and they worked is on our next visit day. Guys (Jess and James) called when on way, were right on time, were so very polite and personable and quickly assessed that we needed to replace the faucet and adjoining soap dispenser. They offered to got to Lowes, call us to share what was in stock and consistent with other plumbing hardware, and send us pics to chose from. Haynes plumbing did an amazing job for me! They called and scheduled my repair 30 mins after I placed a repair order with the insurance plan I had through Duke energy. They came to my home the next morning. They replaced my water heater stayed to make sure it was working properly and was professional and courteous. Would give them a 10 if I could. Thankyou again
