Excellent service! My sump pump alarm was going off and Nathan and Kent came out and assessed what the issue was. Nathan has great communication and he took the time to explain to me why the alarm was going off and what he and Kent needed to do to fix it. He talked me through the whole process, which was very helpful! He also took the time to show me the work they planned to do, explained the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me the final outcome including the receipts for the parts. I have used Haynes Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. I they have had to snake my kitchen sink with the big snake lol and replace my main cut valve as well as most recently, replace my sump pump! Always prompt, courteous and efficient. The price is reasonable too. Thank you so much for the Team at Haynes Plumbing!
I had a great experience with Haynes Plumbing! Randy and Kent were my technicians, and they did an outstanding job—professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. When a small issue came up afterward, they came back out promptly and resolved it with no hassle. Miley in the office was also amazing—super friendly and helpful. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch. Highly recommend Haynes Plumbing!
I called Haynes Plumbing in a panic after hours, due to a sewer pump beeping and flashing the emergency light. The lovely woman who answered had a service tech call me back, very quickly. Jesse was amazing! He was polite, *extremely* knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He talked me through troubleshooting the problem. I’m so impressed with the service and level of professionalism. Thank you!
The very Simplest plumbing fix - literally 2 minutes or less. Disappointed as this SIMPLY TIGHTENING task should have been completed day1. Took 35 days and numerous contacts to get completed ☹️
