I have used Haynes Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. I they have had to snake my kitchen sink with the big snake lol and replace my main cut valve as well as most recently, replace my sump pump! Always prompt, courteous and efficient. The price is reasonable too. Thank you so much for the Team at Haynes Plumbing!
I had a great experience with Haynes Plumbing! Randy and Kent were my technicians, and they did an outstanding job—professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. When a small issue came up afterward, they came back out promptly and resolved it with no hassle. Miley in the office was also amazing—super friendly and helpful. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch. Highly recommend Haynes Plumbing!
I called Haynes Plumbing in a panic after hours, due to a sewer pump beeping and flashing the emergency light. The lovely woman who answered had a service tech call me back, very quickly. Jesse was amazing! He was polite, *extremely* knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He talked me through troubleshooting the problem. I’m so impressed with the service and level of professionalism. Thank you!
The very Simplest plumbing fix - literally 2 minutes or less. Disappointed as this SIMPLY TIGHTENING task should have been completed day1. Took 35 days and numerous contacts to get completed ☹️
We have a second home in AVL and our 15 ye old kitchen faucet was on its last leg. Called Haynes and they worked is on our next visit day. Guys (Jess and James) called when on way, were right on time, were so very polite and personable and quickly assessed that we needed to replace the faucet and adjoining soap dispenser. They offered to got to Lowes, call us to share what was in stock and consistent with other plumbing hardware, and send us pics to chose from.
