Terrible! I spoke to an actual person on the phone after calling for a month with no avail. She finally gave me an appointment over the phone but never sent the Zoom link. I called and called and they never answered.
The firm came highly recommended and definitely lived up to it. Mr. Kohn, Mr. Rothwell (now retired) and the entire team was very resourceful, easy to engage, timely, attentive, very pleasant, very knowledgeable and persistent.
