I love the Haynes manor ladies so much. I still come in there to see them and I don't even live here anymore. This apartment complex is so awesome. I'm moving back in november.

This is an older complex but very reasonably priced. The area is quiet for the most part. Maintenance is quick to resolve my issues and the grounds are picked up almost daily. I love having the two pools during summer. The ladies at the office try to keep this a nice community for their tenants. Not sure why all the negative reviews on this site but I’ve not had any issues that haven’t been resolved.

I have lived in my apartment here for almost a year and I definitely plan on renewing my lease! My experience here has been very enjoyable. The complex is very quiet and everybody I’ve met that lives there is very nice. The maintenance crew are all great and if there are any issues that need to get fixed, it is done in a very timely and efficient manner, but most importantly correctly. The office staff is wonderful, they are very helpful. I definitely recommend choosing this complex as your next home.

We applied for this place because of the cheap rent. Got denied unless we had a co signer. My credit score is pretty decent and they even said, the first time we called, it’s pretty easy as long as there’s not a lot of marks. I had one that should had already fallen off and my fiancée had one. We got approved where we are now with $1367/month rent vs $950/month rent and did not need a co signer. The woman I spoke to on the phone was terribly rude. I was asking for information for my mother to confirm something and remembered she had gotten recently married, the woman got upset and responded with “Your mom has 4 names?” I said no ma’am she could’ve placed the application under different people (me, her husband, or her maiden/married last name) and she interrupted and said “look I’m not gonna do this you’re gonna have to come in.” As if you know.. she gets paid to do it on or off the phone.
