Substandard service and inflated charges – In regard to our dealings with Haynes Heating and Cooling, we once considered the company to be reputable and reliable. I would not recommend the business at this time. Initially we had our heating/cooling system replaced approximately 18-24 months ago. The outdoor unit was defective and made loud noises immediately after installation. A technician came out to repair the unit and stated that he would be coming back in the a few months to check the compressor and neglected to do so. ... read more
