I inquired about the truck listed for sale, was flagged with an accident report. I asked for the Carfax report to understand the severity of the accident. They said feel free to run a Carfax report (they must not have Carfax subscription), and further stated "the previous accident was from a little old lady that was 86 accidently hit the gas instead of the brake to stop". Sorry you feel this way.We did not repair the vehicle and we shared all the information that we knew about it.Carfax considers severe damage if a car can not be driven away from an accident.If the coolant is damaged, Carfax will consider it as severe and assume bags are deployed. They do not inspect cars physically.All cars that are repaired at our facility we are happy to provide before and after photos for our customers.
