These guys showed up to 'fix' the dishwasher. Told us it just needs to be cleaned. Despite the fact that we already cleaned it twice. It still leaves residue and a rotten vegetable taste, and leaks. Theirs probably something in the pipes. I'm annoyed that whoever got sent out did not do their due diligence in investigating. They were also condisending to my roommates unprofessional behavior.
Excellent communication, responsive, professional and affordable. We were so happy with our same-day dryer repair. Highly recommend.
AWEEEEEESOME Service! I got a response to my text quickly and he was able to give me some troubleshooting tips that most appliance repair would charge you to come out and “diagnose” order the $23 kit on Amazon and then come back and charge an obscene hourly rate. When my dryer and washer seem like they are really about to die for sure I will be calling Haynes Appliance Repair!!
I called at least 10 places. Everyone wanted a $80-125 deposit or service call fee. Nobody would give me a quote for my fix and said they have to send a tech to look at the problem. I knew I needed a new evaporator fan. Some people said they’re needed to order in the part and I would need to wait a few days. The fridge sounded like a jet engine. I sent all my pictures and video to Mike. He got it diagnosed virtually and he found the part I needed the same day. Even though he was busy, he made time for me. He was easy to pay ... read more
