They ( well I can only speak for Ron Haymore) can't be trusted to find you the place you wanted, he'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign. So be extremely cautious with him especially ,forget about his charm and folksiness, it's all a cover. had a terrible personal experience with Melissa Clayton. We were selling a hoWeme fsbo and she tried to make us pay for closing costs and repairs we did not agree to. We had to hire an attorney as well as an agent to represent us movong forward to prove we didn't agree to those terms (we had email proof). I emailed Ron Haymore to speak to him about the issues we were having with Melissa and he never responded. 5 weeks later and a few thousand in attorney fees they agreed to close under the original terms we agreed to.
