I had a very negative experience with this firm. Their case managers were very slow to gather documentation and prepare my immigration case. They often ignored my emails and calls, leaving my case idle for weeks, sometimes months. I went through five case managers and they were all bad. They have a case management system that is supposed to help collect documentation, build and track your case.
