This complaint is strictly due to the poor customer service and rudeness of the crew. Work being done next door to our property and the drove a bobcat through out backyard. When asked to not use our yard the man stated "we have the right away" spit on the ground and walked away. This yard could easily be accessed from the street without disturbing any surrounding yards. Just recently, I hired Haymaker Tree and Lawn Service to trim and cut trees on my lawn. I was very impressed with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. The variety of services that they provide was unknown to me so I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs. The men were very professional, courteous and did listen to what I wanted as well as making suggestions and answering all my questions. Haymaker Tree did a great job on our tree project.We would use them again. This is the best recomendation anyone can receive.
I will be honest, they do a great job on tree trimming, prunning and cleaning up the trees. They do not do a good job on finish work to lawn after cleaning an area and or grinding stumps! I used them over 4 other tree cutting services that quoted lower prices, but they were local and been around for awhile and seemed nice. I had many trees trimmed and stumps grinded. I had ruts in my yard I had to repair and burnt grass from fuel spills or leaks. I was not happy with there finish work and they would not come back and discuss... read more
