I have had HFC handle all my insurance needs for over 40 years. There was a receptionist who picked up the phone and directed your call. I always spoke with Lori who did an excellent job with all my insurance needs. Well, that all changed when they completely automated their phone system. You're lucky if someone picks up the phone and extra lucky if you get to talk to the same person twice. Just "leave a message, maybe we'll call you back!" The personal touch is gone.
