Hard to believe a dentist could leave 1/3 of a tooth he was extracting. But he did. Then he continues to deny he left any tooth. He referred to it as bone. Which teeth are. However this tooth had been previously rounded out like a bowl for a cap. It was also a little discolored. So we know it was my tooth not bone or bone root below. I was very upset when I found out he lost his license to write pain medication. He can write extra strength Ibuprofen. This is only my visit. Just ask about him FB
