Absolutely horrible. I have had critters for 6 months that I believe to be racoons trying to come through my bedroom floor. I have called and stopped by office numerous times. Manger has not done a damn thing... Offered me to transfer apts. Then 1 day later said she had nothing ready.. lying @#$&$... I bet she would if it was her flipping apt. DON'T MOVE HERE
I lived there for a year - loved every minute of it. The property manager (Leanna) was awesome and I loved that it was pet-friendly. My pups really liked it there, too! ����
Over priced.but the maintenance guy Dennis is awesome the only place I have ever lived that don't give you a 3 day Grace period for rent then charge 55 dollars after the first and 5 dollars a day after.
really has went down hill since John and Cheryl left.They now allow commercial trucks and trailers to park in the complex,also allow cars worked on in the parking lot. Maintenance has been changed also,when it snows your on your own getting out of the lot,not much snow removal.before moving in check with someone who lives there
