I was referred to Hayes by a friend and I’m glad that I was. Jared explained the process and was present when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Communication was excellent and everything was done when they said it would be done. A first class operation for sure!
After the hurricane last year, we had our roof inspected by Hayes Roofing. They were on time, did a thorough job, took photos, and told us we had nothing to worry about, it was intact and would last another 15-20 years. It was such a relief. Today, our mortgage company requested the paperwork from the inspection. I sent a text to Jared. Within 15 minutes, I had the full report, with photos, in my inbox along with a letter confirming our roof had 15-20 years longevity. I can't thank them enough for helping us twice now!

Ian came out last Wednesday was super nice thought he’d get back to me but I realized he never got my email address he did tell me that he thought some of my projects will be not something that a normal builder would wanna deal with which is also disconcerting considering that’s what they do for a living. But guess what a week later and not even one word I would say never call them
