Chris, Jared, LC, Justin and the gang were extremely helpful with the entire process. From the first conversation that I had with Chris thru Justin coming back a couple days after completion and performing an additional walk through with a magnet to ensure no naps were left, the whole crew operated on a step above good enough. At each portion of the project they have affection to so off my concerns and made sure that at the end the perfect roof wasn't the only thing of concern. Thank you all very much

Hayes roofing came out to install a new roof, gutters, and leaf guards The initial inspection was very thorough and they pointed out some areas that the company can improve to prevent water backup. Installation was a quick 2 days for the roof and 3 hours for gutters! Jared provided great customer service during the process. After multiple storms everything is proven to work excellent! Hayes just finished our new roof, after extensive damage from a tree that fell on it. Cy Turner came out within 24 hours. He walked us through the process, provided a detailed estimate for our insurance, brought out samples, etc. There was no guessing involved. The crew arrived promptly and did an exceptional job. They cleaned up afterwards. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend Hayes!

After an initial consultation at my home for a whole house siding project, I never heard back from this company. They were supposed to send someone back out to measure, but that never happened. I never got a quote. Pretty disappointing that they wasted my time.
