A lot of the units are torn apart at the back, it looks like a tornado may have come through, there is no mess or junk anywhere that I could tell, but it did seem as if all the units were occupied by others. I didn't get to experience their customer service but did notice that they have 24 hr live feed surveillance which is a huge plus.Unsure if there are controlled units or units with electricity.
