First-time patient to this office, and I normally hate going to the dentist, but I have never had a better experience getting a tooth pulled in my life, and I have had several teeth pulled. Jeffrey Batesole, DDS, did an amazing job pulling my broken tooth. It was a very difficult extraction. The best patient care I have ever received; he even called me hours later to ensure I was okay and not experiencing any bleeding due to the medication I take.

We absolutely love Albion Family Dental! Dr. Mead, Dr. Batesole, and the hygienists take the time to make sure you are comfortable, whether it is a routine cleaning or an emergency. They treat you like family, and it's obvious that they care about their patients, not just as clients but as people. The office is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionists are sweet and respectful. I highly recommend Albion Family Dental to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dental team!

Alison Mead is an excellent dentist! She is passionate and knowledgeable with what she does. She genuinely cares and listens to my concerns. She never pushes anything unnecessary and is considerate with me being an out-of-pocket patient. The staff is friendly and helpful. None of my kids (6,4, and 2) ever complain about getting their teeth cleaned. Always a positive experience and rewarded with a teeth cleaning bag and special prize. I recommend them to everyone!

This dentist is awesome. I don't say this lightly as they were officially closed for the week that my problem arose and opened to serve me only. Who does that anymore? No one. This is exceptional, above and beyond the call of duty and my appreciation runs deep. The dentist office was closed due to remodeling which means the dentist had to get a chair mounted and connected to a) of the tools that he would need for my extraction. I don't know what to say.
