Not honest. Reached out to firm to discuss legal matter. After explanation of matter, Caitlin told me she could help and would need $500 to look further into matter. Once I paid her, she ultimately told me she can’t help how she originally offered. I asked for refund since entire matter what a phone conversation. She said her service was fulfilled by talking, but she’d refund me since she didn’t actually do anything. I never got the refund after multiple emails and calls to her.

Caitlin took on my case as I was facing 2 felony charges. When the smoke cleared, I was looking at 1 misdemeanor charge and a vastly decreased sentencing with the court. She gave me extremely valuable counsel insofar as preparing me for the next steps in my court proceedings. Always thinking two steps/meetings ahead I felt well represented and prepared for each ensuing court date. I would not hesitate to use her again should I have the need for counsel.

Caitlin stole my retainer and stopped answering calls and messages. She sent me a bill that was obviously inflated but there was still a remaining balance according to her. After she was fired from the case, there was a remaining balance and she refused to send that back and completely disappeared off the face of the earth.
