I'm please with the service given at Eagle, Facility is great, staff pleasant, there is little wait time before being seen. Dr. Wolter's explains my medical condition and make sure I understand, answer questions and attend to all concerns, helpful with referrals as needed. However, I have a concern about limited information on the patient portal. Overall I' m satisfied.
Dr Wolteres is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had and I just turned 71. She remembers details about my medical history that I ‘ve forgotten. During my office visit I mentioned a condition a specialist had diagnosed and insisted I had. I said I didn’t think I had it. She said she thought she had run tests and came to the same conclusion the specialist did. Sure enough, she had the date and results of those tests in her notes- from over a year ago. My experience, was a pleasant one. I like dealing with the staff, they are always courteous, and very friendly. My visit with Dr. Sharon Wolters, always is very informative and uplifting. Dr. Wolters takes time to listen to your concerns, and does her best to address them. She also explains the problem, as well as , helping me understand how we can move forward. I really appreciate her professionalism, as well as her caring manner.
I loved our visit. She was very compassionate and understanding.
