This place is out to hit you on the head I took a 14 GM silver Ring in which at the going price would it come out to around $15 and some change they offered me $5 for it which is crazy considering I took it across the street and got 10 what I was actually wanting for it so they're out to make a dime off anybody and anyone they can I've heard stories about this place and it's looking like they're all true would not take my business there I'm sure their jewelry is overpriced too
We went in on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted really kindly by the associate, thank you to that person. We went in asking if a customer engagement ring could be made. We knew roughly what we wanted and stated that we were simply wanting to know if they could do it. The “manager” came out to assist us and asked us to bring back the weight, which we were fine with doing.
