I personally don’t trust it here…I took my moms gold necklace to get it cleaned and it has a clasp…I went to pick it up and it was in their little envelope so I gave it to her…we didn’t pay close attention but when she finally went to put it on the links were missing and you could no longer unhook it to put it on. I went to buy some ENewton bracelets with my christmas money, and the older lady who helped me said I should look at the girl sizes *I own some of the regular sizes and they fit me perfectly* so I was like ok then. So I tried one on, a little tight but it worked, and so I brought it along with another one, the total was $80, expensive but I thought they were good quality. Unprofessional, we had a ring we bought there resized and were told on the phone and in person the first resizing was free. Went to pick it up and then we were told it was $65. The person in charge there then said our ring was too old to get it resized for free, which is only 7 years old. It doesn't seem like they have a grasp on their policies as they tell a customer one thing but do another. Will not be going back.
I bought a chain a from them. They are all great people and the owner is very welcoming
