Our service advisor, Noah, and our service tech did a great job on our oil change. It was quick and thorough, they made an excellent suggestion about something we needed but forgot to ask for. Highly recommend LaFontaine!
I purchased a used Jeep grand cherokee trailhawk 2017 for about 20k, then their most extensive extended warranty coverage that includes rental/loaner cars. Today in 95 degree weather some of the display lights were flashing and the fan to blow ac out stopped working so it was HOT. Brought my Jeep in for an oil leak. Had to constantly call for updates and it took over 1 week to fix with no notifications or updates other than when I called. While Jeep was in wanted an oil change as well which the dealership said was no problem. Went to pick up car one time, engine light is on as soon as I turn the car on, leave it again for additional day. During a oil change they fixed a tire and never said anything I found out reading my paper work later that day the next day that tire had low air took my vehicle back in they charged me $25 to fix it again but was back the next day because the tire still wasn't holding air, was told they charged me the $25 because they had to patch it but on my 3rd visit I was told they tried to put in a bigger plug so they lied about that, on my 3rd visit the manager talked to me and was the one who drove my vehicle into the garage for the ... read more
