Awesome experience at the Lafontaine shop for my first oil change! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the techs got me in and out in a very timely manner. They've got a huge shop that's clean and organized!
Had an issue with the hatchback not opening. Asked them to take a quick look when I was in for an oil change, but no, I had to make an appointment and pay $180 diagnostic fee. They told me I needed a new battery, but would not take the $180 fee off the price of getting the battery changed there. I will not be returning for either oil changes or any kind of service work, even though I purchased the car there, new, when it was Orrin B. Hayes.
Brenden is the best! The only one I’d ever see for a car, made sure all questions were answered, the process was easy, and you get exactly what you want! 10/10 recommend!
I would just like to say that caiden smith was the kindest most honest salesman I have ever talked to and on top of that it was the first time I went to a car lot where I felt like I made a meaningful connection with one of the sales people I hope to see him again in the future hopefully to buy a car but for now I just have to say he answered all my questions he's one of the greatest people I've ever met and I need a lot of people and none of them left as big of an impact on him I was having a pretty bad day until I met him ... read more
Our service advisor, Noah, and our service tech did a great job on our oil change. It was quick and thorough, they made an excellent suggestion about something we needed but forgot to ask for. Highly recommend LaFontaine!
