WE have been living at Cumberland Apartments in Richmond Indiana for more than 2 1/2 years having lost our most reliable Maintenace man Sept 2024 and since then NO maintenance whatsoever done on this property and now property is showing severe signs of neglect as well as inside the units using a fellow resident to pass out notices of every type which is against the law current manager has a DOJ complaint made against her for violating my civil rights and even now Brittany Baker CANNOT be trusted
I have been renting from Hayes Gibson for 3 years and 1 month and in all my life have ever delt with trying to get things fixed ADA issues 2 bad neighbors who keep causing me trouble a manager who shows up when she wants to and a company who puts PROFIT above their tenants all they care about is collecting the rent and they do NOT care about the tenants at all nor the needs of the handicapped,
They take the needs of the handicapped oh so lightly they simply do not care except to insist paying the rent but little or no response to repairs
No washing machine use for 2 months and no response when office or corporate called. Office staff lie to our faces and never repair anything. Unprofessional, unresponsive, as long as they get a check and live comfortably they can care less about poor people. F with BBB. Only in business 3 years. Tax credited by the state of Indiana and should not be they are horrible.
