Always professional and pleasant! I certainly wasn’t expecting to hear that I needed two crowns but I am always satisfied when I leave the office.
I wish I could give zero stars. A female dentist started my treatment, then she left the practice. Ultimately Dr Hayes took over. If you decide you need front teeth implants... don't let Dr Hayes do them. I had to have them remade over 3 times. (Honestly, I lost count) I went MONTHS with just two metal rods (abutments) sticking out of the space for my laterals. He REFUSED to make me temporary teeth even after I asked the cost and was willing to pay. (He stated that my orthodontist had to make a retainer with the teeth, probl... read more
