So I am Unsure if this office is stil open or not as I was told the office was closing last year and dr. Hayes was leaving the area, however I am seeing more current reviews so I am confused. I’m trying to get my records transferred
I have been having a lot of issues and been through a lot of tests. My regular doctor decided it was time to send me to a specialist. So I was referred here. I was told to wait a couple of weeks and if I hadn't heard anything to call them. Well I didn't hear anything so I called. I was informed by whoever answered the phone that if they decided to take me on as a patient they would call me. She was absolutely so rude, and hung up on me when I had questions. The best bunch of people you'll ever meet! Have been going here for years. Always calling me when lab work is bad. Get appointment reminders. Never wait for very long. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
2hr drive. When we arrived the front desk was very nice. The nurse who took us back was great. When the doctor came she stated that only one of my levels were barely high & when I asked why she thought they were I didn’t really get an answer.. she said she didn’t think I had nodule so I asked if she had seen my ultrasound which she stated her office did not have. She had them draw my blood & said once her office received results from blood & ultrasound I would get a call. THIS is when things became horrible. I called a week ... read more
