My review however is for John Casilli NP (my doctor) since I have been seeing him I feel so much better. I have struggled with high diabetes levels for over a year or so. I will always be grateful to Dr. Andrea Hayes. She treated me for thyroid cancer back in '05. A surgeon removed my thyroid, but i still had cancer on the nerves to my vocal box. Dr Hayes treated me with radioactive iodine, and within 3 years, it was Gone. I give God the Glory for this, but will always be endebted to Dr Hayes, for helping me during this very dark time in my life. God Bless you Dr Hayes and the work you do!
I just loved my visit John is my NP that visits with me when I go in and I just enjoy him so much he is so professional and everything and and he's happy with my progress and I'm happy with the new medications and all he put me on and I don't have to see him again for 3 months.
Yesterday was my first time going. My appointment was suppose to be at 1:45 and we were there very early so they took us back. Like 12:45. We sat in the room until 3:35 before I was seen not happy.
I've been going here for sometime now and I always get in and out in no time. The doctor also gives my all the information and tools I need to do what I need to.
Yesterday was my first visit at Dr. Hayes office. I saw Brandon (BC) and I didn't catch the name of the male nurse who took my weight, blood pressure, etc. they were fast, friendly and efficient! I also left feeling informed without being judged for my. Ad eating habits. Lol.
This is not a place for younger people. I don't feel listened too at all and they are so quick to start prescribing medication. Find someone who will listen to your concerns and wants to see you succeed and be happy.
The doctor was knowledgeable and very professional but the guy at the reception desk Is a smart butt, there was no reason what so ever he should be getting rude with the patient that was uncalled for. His attitude is very unprofessional and unappreciated.
