Dealing with the office is very frustrating and the VP doesn't follow through as promised. I've now called for about the 6th time in 10 days to follow up and confirm an appointment that residents need to be notified about well in advance. All you get is the answering service or the option to leave a voice mail. Grrrr. If they call back and this gets resolved, I'll update this one star review. Great customer service and friendly knowledgeable mechanics. Would 100% recommend for maintenance or upgrades. Very nice to deal with a locally owned and operated business.
