Called Ryan about a property he had listed in Parker, asked his opinion of value and if he could run some comps for me to see how it would look in a value add situation. He was reluctant, rude and unknowledgeable. In a service based industry, that is teaming with talent, move on to the next.

I’ve contacted this Agency multiple times in regards to an apartment listed on their website. I’ve emailed, left voicemails, and sent multiple requests via zillow.com. No response. If you’re going to run a business communicate better with your potential clients.
