Absolute worst service. I took my Jeep to get serviced and an additional service was offered and I agreed which was to rotate my tires. I had marked my tires to make sure it got done. When I went to pick up my Jeep, and the whole drive home it leaked out the oil and covered my drive way. On top of that, the tires were never rotated and I was still charged for it. Great customer service clean waiting rooms friendly staff
The worst experience of my life and I never write bad reviews. I’m only writing this in the hopes that someone like me will read it and believe what I’m saying and not make the same mistake I did. We bought a certified Ram 2500 with very low miles. It has been in for service for something breaking more than it has been driven. I guess I understand why they rely so much on out of town business. If the price seems too good to be true, it is. Trust your instincts.
