Left with no service rendered. Went in for simple oil change and tire rotation. 1st in the bay. Did not move for 1 hour. Asked service manager for keys. Was not expecting to wait that long for oil change. Just when I think they have their act together
Disappointing turnaround time for a simple sensor issue that was covered by an extended warranty. Why does the dealer need to keep my car on site for three days before starting any work.
Class B Promaster 3500 High roof. Repaired active driver assist. Took one week. Parts were ordered. No problem with Class B high roofs or lifts at this Dealership. Service advisor Rick Gerace very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
Great online experience. They honored the price and I spent just over an hour at the dealer including test drive of vehicle. Tracy is awesome to work with. No stress
